Delivery and Pick-Up Policy

We deliver and pick up in San Clemente Monday through Friday and will do our best to deliver items before you arrive. Delivery within San Clemente is $35. Saturday and Sunday pick up and drop off times need to be scheduled in advance. Pick up is also available from our San Clemente show room Monday – Sunday from 10a-4p and Wednesday 10a-6p.

Prior to delivery, all of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized using all environmentally safe, non-toxic cleaning products. We will deliver to hotels, resorts, B & B’s, and private residences throughout San Clemente. Deliveries to areas outside of these areas are made for an additional delivery and return fee. We can arrange for special deliveries to unique vacation destinations. Please call us directly to make special arrangements.

Our standard delivery times are between 9am – 12pm and pick up is between 11am – 2pm. We do our best to accommodate special delivery requests. Arrangements can be made in advance for late returns and will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations placed prior to 48 hours of scheduled delivery will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations placed within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will be charged for one full day of the full reservation amount or receive full credit for use at a later date. Refunds for early termination of rentals will be prorated at 50% of the remaining unused rental term; actual term used will not be refunded.

Delivery Location Procedures:

HOTELS and RESORTS

Please notify the hotel in advance, including the concierge, that we will be making a delivery at your scheduled hour. Some hotels allow us to deliver the equipment directly to your room. Otherwise, we will leave your equipment at the concierge marked clearly with your name.

Please return all equipment to the concierge and inform them that OC Tykes will be picking it up.

RENTAL HOME

Simply provide us with the contact information of the property management company for where you are staying and we can schedule your delivery and pickup directly with them. If they allow, we will deliver your equipment directly to the home prior to your arrival. Please note that this service is only available based on the discretion of the rental property manager.

NON-RENTAL PRIVATE RESIDENCE

Please provide us with the contact information of someone at the private residence and we will contact them directly to arrange for delivery and set up.

YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LIABILITY WAIVER WHICH MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.
